Dr. Randy Mahlerwein moved to the Tempe, Arizona in 1997 from Hamilton, Ohio. He studied Education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and concluded his formal education with a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University in 2010. Dr. Mahlerwein is a researcher, influencer and educator. Randy served Arizona’s most poverty stricken schools in the South, Central and West Phoenix communities for over 16 years. Dr. Mahlerwein has been a public educator and leader for the past 22 years and currently works for Higley Unified School District as their Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education. Dr. Mahlerwein is motivated by the opportunity to positively influence the lives of others with every opportunity, and brings leadership experience from both our urban and suburban communities. In addition to serving as a public school district leader, Dr. Mahlerwein works as a professional leadership consultant supporting leadership development in the public and private sector.
